Butterfly

In  Room 10 we have been making butterflies out of paper. We were doing this while we learnt how to write instructions.  We had to do some instructions so our teacher could follow it to make sure it was the right steps. Here are my steps.

How to make a paper butterfly

You will need 

Square piece  Paper 

Patients 

Steps 

1. Fold it diagonally

2. Open 

3. Fold it again but the opposite way 

4. Open 

5. Flip it over 

6. Fold it like a rectangle

7. Pust the bottom up

8. Fold it in a triangle 

9. Put the triangle upside down

10. Get one side flaps down and it will slightly be out of the paper 

11. Then do the same but on the other side 

12. Flip it over 

13.  take the middle triangle and fold it up and over the piece of paper

Coss Country

On  Thursday the 15th we had coss country  we had to run 2 kilometres around some of Kyle Park we had to run  around the bmx track. i was 8th bit was hard i didn't expect to be 8th it was weird. The year 6 boys  went first then the year 6 girls went. Then the year 5 boys went then year 5 girls went. The year 4 went last. here is a photo

Rocketeer

In room 10 we have been doing news paper reports I did one about Rocketeer here is some of it 

The speedy Rocketeer 

 A little boy named Jimmy was playing with his aeroplane. while the chief police was chasing two robbers, one was sitting in the back.

The police were racing as fast as they could. The robbers went fast and crashed into a brick wall. The driver couldn't see because of the sun and almost ran little Jimmy over.

duffy show

After morning tea we rushed to class. we first went inthe gyn. First he sang beautifully. They told us what  their names were. Jess, Arede and dylan. The play they did was double Trouble. First scruffy made the chickens come out and said it was duffy. Then duffy got bored and had to go on zoom. his one of his class mates were playing funny games on the techer.Then duffy fell into a whole he got  pulled out by some children and his aunty. 100 word count

Hello everybody. In room 10 we have been doing. 100 word count for reading. It was hard becaues it had to be 100 words . we have a prompt ever week that we have to inclued in our 100 word count .here is one of my storys .

This is the prompt 

‘… but where did it go?’ she shouted…

One day I went to pak n save with my mum and my little sister.  We had to get some buns for our lunches, they were all the way at the end of the row. We didn't have to walk that long but it was hard to walk back  because we used all our energy and got tired. Then we left our trolley somewhere in the shop. Mum looked really worried,  ‘ but where did it go?’ she shouted. We had to go all around the shop looking for it, we found it in the freezer department, luckily it wasn’t frozen. 

Elgregoe

 On Friday, the 9th of February, we watched Elgregoe's show at 9.28. The whole school was there to watch it was so cool. We all had to go to the the gym, there were lots of  parrots. Then he made his wife go in the box her finger was stuck. Here is a photo.

On Friday the 26 February we went to buddy class. It was fun. We did an activity. It was not my real buddy but we still had fun. Here is a photo at buddy class.
